When I arrived to Canada, I didn’t know what to expect, what I will gain in this four months of exchange. But now I can say that I had the best four months of my life!!! You know why? Because… Okay, let’s start from beginning!
The first weeks (end of the August /beginning of the September) were quite hard, I needed to adapt to new lifestyle and the city because environment here quite different compared to Europe but week by week I started to meet new people, starting to make new friends from different cultures, different backgrounds and I think that meeting new people, discussing with them various topics, helps you to grow as a personality. Also, I made a lot of traveling! In September I visited Toronto, Niagara Falls, 1000 islands region, and I have been in Montreal “Impact” match. In October I have been in Québec City, Ottawa, Mont Tremblant, “Canadiens” ice hockey match, made sightseeing in Montreal and I ate the best poutine in Quebec City! And in November I visited Boston, some national parks in Quebec north and last but not least New York City! You can see all my travelling in three pictures divided by month from September to November. I hope I will experience even better adventures in December!
To end my story, I want to say that I follow one motto: “Travel as much as you can, as far as you can, as long as you can. Life is not meant to be lived in one place.” I’m really thankful for opportunity to make so much new friends and to see so many amazing places! Thank you Montreal for welcoming me and making my dreams to come true!
