Job Description

  You will be representing InterStude and its brand and will be our intermediary in communications with clients, the reference point for students, interns and other young international professionals who would be interested in joining our amazing trips. You will actively and effectively seek out and engage our prospect clients by performing marketing strategies and providing solutions to customer needs in order to boost top-line our revenue growth.

  • Identify and analyze the target market and untapped opportunities
  • Present, promote and sell the InterStude trips highlighting our competitive edge of providing priceless experience to prospective and existing clients
  • Initiate and execute, upon management’s approval, marketing strategies that will boost the sales and sustain the company revenues
  • Develop and maintain a harmonious relationship with our clients - individuals, various student associations, and business partners
  • Meet personal and team sales targets within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with the team members and the management through reports and check ins
  • Collaborate with the Team on coming up with innovative strategies and solutions to clients needs to boost our services - present customer needs, newly identified interests, potential for new products and services, further competitive edge
  • Be committed on your personal and professional growth by continuously striving to be better - attend meetings, trainings and sales events to keep abreast to the latest development in the field of marketing and sales, best practices and promotional trends


  • Increase people’s awareness of the InterStude brand by introducing our amazing trips to the international exchange student community and likewise boosting its promotion to groups and individuals
  • Identify opportunities we can tap into, come up with effective and innovative marketing strategies to ensure continuous revenues and company growth leading to our expansion
  • Build and maintain positive business relationships with our clientele to ensure future sales
  • Reach the set weekly, monthly and annual sales targets
